Your email address, if you subscribe. Why: to send the checklist, a short welcome series and occasional updates. Legal basis (EU/UK): your consent. Kept: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Whether our emails are opened and links clicked. Why: to see which emails are useful. Legal basis (EU/UK): your consent (part of subscribing). Kept: as long as you're subscribed.
Emails you send us. Why: to reply to you. Legal basis (EU/UK): our legitimate interest in answering you. Kept: up to 2 years.
Visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type, referring site). Why: to see which pages are useful. Legal basis (EU/UK): our legitimate interest in running the site. Kept: up to 6 months.
Purchase details, if you buy the Decoder. Why: to deliver your purchase and handle refunds. Legal basis (EU/UK): contract. Kept: as long as tax law requires.

Health information

We don't ask about your symptoms or health, and please don't send us personal medical details. Because our emails are about perimenopause, being on our list could suggest an interest in that topic. We treat your email address as confidential, use it only to send what you signed up for, and never sell it or share it for advertising.

Cloudflare hosts this site and provides our visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Cloudflare states that Web Analytics doesn't use cookies or local storage to track visitors. Access, correct or delete your data: email hello@itsnotjustage.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data protection authority.
If you're in a US state with a privacy law (such as California), you have the right to know what we collect, and to ask us to correct or delete it. We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Do Not Track: we don't track you across other websites, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
